[Fiware-cloud] FIWARE Cloud sprint closing retrospective

Apparently, I miss led some of you on how to  fulfil the requirement of 
the Sprint closing retrospective.  GEs do not fulfil this requirement by 
add comments to the chapter Sprint closing issue, rather they must create 
a separate issue in the form:  
FIWARE.WorkItem.Cloud.<GE>.Agile.Sprint-431.Retrospective
Where the description is in the form:

1 - What went well
(input )
2 - What to improve
(input)
