[Fiware-cloud] Cloud chapter leadership; Agenda for the meeting this Wed

Dear partners,

First, let me introduce Kenneth Nagin from IBM, who is taking over the 
Chapter Leader role. I will continue in my Chapter Architect role (as well 
as overall IBM's lead in FIWARE).

Second, we have important topics on the agenda for this week's call, as 
follows:
- Sprint closing (with Manuel)
- Sprint status report & demo on 2/3 at the cross-chapter leadership forum
- Architecture deliverable status (due end of this week)

All the GE owners are expected to be present.

Regarding the sprint closing -- you know the drill (
http://jira.fi-ware.org/browse/CLD-313). Please, update JIRA tickets, 
provide one-two bullets retrospective.

Regarding the status report & demo -- notice that last month we were the 
only chapter which did not present. So, it is very important to do a 
better job this time. Please, send to this mailing list up to 3 bullets 
per GE summarizing the progress during the February sprint, to be 
incorporated in the chapter-wide progress report slides (to be presented 
on 3/2). For your reference, the last presented progress update (in the 
beginning of December) is at

We also need to agree on the demo plans for the upcoming few sprints. I 
suggest to have a single demo each time, ~20 minutes-long. In terms of 
topics, I suggest the following:
- February sprint demo (beginning of March): progress with incorporating 
Storlets in Object Storage GE
- March sprint demo (beginning of April): progress with Murano-based PaaS
- April sprint demo (beginning of May): progress with incorporating 
Containers support in IaaS
- May sprint demo (beginning of June): progress with migrating the Cloud 
Portal to the 'new' Horizon
Please, confirm and/or propose alternatives.

Regarding the architecture deliverable -- I will send a separate email 
later.
