I would appreciate your cooperation to overcome all TEAM issues.
Thanks in advance!!!

Global Retrospective for Sprint 5.3.3
WHAT WENT WELL
ACHIEVEMENT FEELING.
Coaches
All the normal activities were handled without any particular problem,
including Community Account assignment, incoming general and technical
requests from the Startups/SMEs (CEED-Tech, IMPACT, SpeedUp! Europe).
Final technical assessment completed for the Startups/SMEs that are ending
their acceleration phase (for the 2nd Open Call) and some final feedback
is collected and available in the shared document accessible at this link
(CEED-Tech).
A final check of the implementation of FIWARE in IMPACT projects has been
completed (IMPACT).
Evaluation of both CreativeRing and OpenCall2 deliverables have been
carried out with success (CreatiFI).
The 3D Print Hub in Milan has been very interesting. I (Pasquale Vitale)
have involved more than ten people (basically italian) in the FABulous 3rd
call; we (as FABulous team) have also provided some sections like pitch to
describe the requirements of the call, what is FIWARE and how to use
(FABulous). There also were 3 subgrantees to explain their applications
and their experiences in FABulous, and eventually in search of real
potential investors for their projects (FABulous).
No significant activity in this period due to the end of the project
(FI-ADOPT, FRACTALS, SmartAgriFood).
Several requests received from FI-C3 SMEs this month; most have been
handled internally within EGM, including through Skype telco to fix the
issues (FI-C3).
SMEs review going to take place next week is under preparation. SMEs are
now providing their progress reports to be reviewed (FI-C3).
No activities from FICHe SMEs since the FICHe accelerator is now over
(FICHe).
Pownan node team responded to support request quickly (FInish).
I (Pasquale Vitale) contacted all companies (owners) of top ten selected,
and I asked them if they need support or problems in their deployment.
Only 7 companies replied and I (Pasquale Vitale) provided my support via
email and via Skype calls. I (Pasquale Vitale) also shared with them my
little examples of architecture (interactions GE-GE) (FINODEX).
Dissemination
Targeted events correctly supported.
All targets met.
Exploitation
Collection of all the market reports for TOC preparation of Exploitation
Plan deliverable
Start to move things in Standardization and Involvement of Open
Communities
Fine tuning on the definition of the individual exploitation template
Definition of the Roadmap for the exploitation deliverables
Press Office
Materials were produced as planned and delivered on-time.
Support to events via production was timely done without compromising the
events.
Day-to-day management of Website, Blog and Social Channels followed
expected planning, reaching the targets.
Success Stories continued in Facebook and Twitter, developing and posting
information on selected SMEs under the FIWARE Acceleration Programme.
Quality Assurance
Labelling model is being tested with Orion and ready to be shared with
rest of the project
Finalized stress tests of Orion, Cepeheus, Wilma and KeyRock release 5.2
Started tests of Kurento
Ongoing scalability tests of Orion
Submitted D1.1.8.1
Lab
The new monitoring tool that has been finalized some days ago and
therefore it will be installed by nodes within the next sprint.
Apps
Most of the Wirecloud planned work has been finished
Most of the BusinessAPIEcosystem planned stories has been finished
Cloud
The team is working very well together
Data
Generally most planned technical issues and helpdesk tickets have been
closed on due time.
For the CKAN case, dedicating two full days every week to fix the issues
detected by the QA team, has proved to be an effective way of minimizing
the impact to the rest of the planned developments for the sprint.
WebUI
Features of GE's in development were implemented as scheduled.
Ops:
Even though this sprint was quite challenging wrt the activities to
complete, most important ones have been completed on time
Very good progress in key functionalities like Monitoring, OS Component
Version, Glance Sync.
Academy:
Ogilvy's comments on the theme implemented. New theme and updated platform
deployed
Catalogue
It has been analyzed how to publish in the Catalogue the data, now present
in a separate Web, related with IoT type devices compatible with FIWARE
The name of the unsupported GEs has been changed from the previous
ARCHIVED to DEPRECATED
Security
Good level of accomplishment of Sprint 5.3.3 planned items for all GEs
(i.e. IdM, PEP & PDP).
Special mention regarding implementation of the GEs performance testing
dataset (especially PDP)

WHAT TO IMPROVE:
BLOCKADE/RISK FEELING
GOALS/TARGETS/OBJECTIVES
APP - The Business Framework has been presented in Utrecht and Austin
CATALOGUE - There has been progress in the issue of how to properly
reflect data protection issues in the Catalogue, but the final close of
this is pending on further clarifications from the legal point of view
CLOUD - We still do not have a resolution related whether to contribute
part of portal to open stack. But we had a lot of discussions and
understand better the procedure.
DATA - -There are no updates available from the incubated GEs in the
chapter.
PRESS - Need to close the Data Privacy issue in Sprint 5.4.1 once the
internal audit at the Coordinator is done.
PRESS - Find a way to recover the production and dissemination of the
Newsletter once the data privacy issues are cleared, specifically the use
of Mail chimp as a sending platform.
QA - Start IDAS stress tests since we are still waiting for release by end
of June
QA - Detected issues with Bosun: incompatible with Orion version (reported
to GE owner)
QA - Involvement of Grassroots as they were pending on amendment approval:
unblocked the issue by explaining them the process
H6 ? LAB
CLOUD - We still do not have a resolution storlets installed on the lab.
But we are making progress.
DATA - In some cases, GE owners require a closer cooperation with the
cloud team in order to solve issues raised by them, related to recipes and
installation processes. Otherwise the issue remains unresolved for too
long.
WEBUI - FIWARE Cloud (Spain2 node) was not very reliable
COACHES - The commercial instances of FIWARE Lab (EII's one for example)
should be published in a greater way, allowing the Startups/SMEs to
embrace the FIWARE Cloud environment even after the Acceleration phase
and, in general, for commercial purposes (CEED-Tech).
HELP DESK/SUPPORT
COACHES - The documentation of some GEs regarding the composition of
multiple enablers seems not really well produced (CEED-Tech).
COACHES - There are still some tickets on GE lagging behind (CreatiFI).
COACHES - Wirecloud and KeyRock GE owners were not very prompt in
responding to support request (FInish).
COACHES - is open since May 30th without any reply from Carlos Ralli and
I (Pasquale Andriani) don't know how to proceed (INCENSe).
QUALITY ASSURANCE
APPS - Some Wirecloud bugs were fixed, but are waiting verification from
the QA team because there is not a public release with the fixes they can
easily test
TEAM: COMMUNICATION/RESPONSIVENESS/COMMITMENT
EXPLOITATION ? Partners should be more committed during the next 3 months
to deliver all the feedback required from Exploitation side (Individual
Exploitation Plans, Standardization Reports and Involvement in Open Source
Communities report). Pending to identify the people from NEC in charge of
the Standardization Deliverable
LAB - Not all the infrastructure owners are active participants at both
technical and agile meeting therefore the backlog is not very update with
all nodes. I.e. I miss information from: Prague, Mexico, Sao Paolo,
Wroclaw, Hannover, Genoa, Britany
OPS - installation on the nodes of the new Monitoring Architecture is
sometimes time consuming and needs the coordination of different teams. A
better organization is needed.
DISSEMINATION - Looking for full visibility of the rest of the project,
once Amendment has been approved. Need for a meeting with Project
Coordinator to be scheduled early July.
SCRUM MASTER ? No feedback from Sustainability, Collaboration, IoT and
I2ND
COACHES - There is no "official" and common plan regarding the coaching
activities related to the end of FIWARE Acceleration Programme
(CEED-Tech).

Thanks for effort, contributions and cooperation!!
Kind regards,
Manuel
