The cloud chapter has tentatively schedule our working session on day 1 
for 14:30-18:00.  We chose day 1 because Alvaro can not be present day3 
and all of us are presenting on day 2.

The most important topic will be the Cloud Portal/Horizon convergence.  We 
would very much appreciate you attendance.  Is this possible? What times 
would be convenient for you?
