[Fiware-coaches] FICHE Scoring table

Dear all,

Following our discussion, here is scoring table that I am using within FICHE.

My process is as follow:
* For each proposal I fill the yellow cells in the first sheet.
* I complete the auto-generated text comment with additional comments (most of the time begin advices for the future on how the proposers could better make use of FIWARE and where they should seek support)

Any proposal getting a 0 does not go further in the evaluation process.

The second sheet contains the details of the scores. From my use on 40 proposals, I found it quite versatile to adapt to the various situations.
