[Fiware-coaches] Scoring method presentation

I made the presentation to FI-C3.

The main request has been to make clear that SEis from use cases are eligible as GEis are.
-> This makes sense (use case are requested to make their SEs available and to support phase 3 proposers), nevertheless we should make clear that open-source access conditions & free access are not guaranteed for SEs and that evaluator should comment accordingly within their evaluation to make sure that proposers are aware of these conditions.
They also underlined that all of this arrives quite late and they are facing the issue that evaluations are starting next Monday…

nice work indeed!
i reviewd it with some minor changes which i think you all can agree on as they come from the phone call of yesterday.

i clearly suggest juanjo to use this version in coimbra.

i'm still working on a refined version of the spreadsheet.

Attached are some slides that I plan to use tomorrow during the webinar I will do to FI-C3 evaluators. Before these slides I will make a FIWARE overview based on slides collected from Nuria and Thierry.

Comments are welcome. I will adapt depending on Stefano review of the scoring matrix.
