perhaps are emails crossed in the cyberspace ...

what is critical, i'd like to state this again, is that they accept the new
terms and conditions!
and this must be done within today!

please send to all of them, in particular to those who are already in, a
reminder!

by the way tell the new comers to issue their account request this
thursday, on 23rdat the very lates.
