please find the link to the draft manual I realized following our meeting
and the refinement of the process in Jira:

In need to run a quick test (unfortunately Jira is offline at the moment)
and then you can start :) But before doing so,
I want an ACK from all of you that the process described in the manual is
clear. You are welcome to comment (i enabled comments)
by tomorrow 10 am. After that, I consider this operational!

To ensure that all tickets will get processed correctly, i reset all of
them to Open. In any case you need to do, contact me or miguel.
