[Fiware-coaches] Management of coaches JIRA

Dear Miguel,

As you might know, the mails sent to any of the accelerator specific coaching mailing lists create JIRA tickets automatically in the bucket you are looking at. This mechanism has not been used extensively yet. You will see that there are only 16 issues here, and 3 of those belong to me as I created them yesterday through some communications with the accelerator projects. I couldn’t yet figure out how to change the assignee name though, maybe I am not authorized to do so (do you know how I can get this access rights btw?) . This could be the same for the other coaches.

Stefano reminded all the coaches this week that this should be the official channel for all accelerator requests to coaches. (i.e. instead of individual emails, instant messages, etc) . So you might see more activity going forward.

I wonder why a vast majority of the tickets are apparently unattended (not even assigned). I was never involved in this part of FIWARE so maybe I ignore something.
