[Fiware-coaches] Double FIWARE evaluator

Hi,

In two weeks I’ll be preparing for the FIWARE Developers Week, but I guess I could grab a few of those and lend you a hand.

Also I don’t think there should be a problem with neutrality while evaluating projects that have received feedback from a coach. If a project is better as a result of a coaches’ feedback then it obviously should get a good evaluation score.
