This help-desk follows exactly the same pattern followed for the main FIWARE help-desk.
Therefore, I understand you’ll be able to manage it with some little organisation, as we did.
No, it isn’t or at least I don’t know how to configure it for that purpose. I believe there would need to develop an email handler.

A question:
I noticed, that one component has been created by accelerator, within the Help-Coaches-Desk project but that issues created by the e.mail lists, are not associated to these components.
Wouldn’t that this be possible ?
I made a test e.mail to fiware-fiche-coaching at lists.fi-ware.org<mailto:fiware-fiche-coaching at lists.fi-ware.org> and it did not get registered within the FICHE component:

There’re two schemes available: push, and pull

IN this case we’re using a PULL scheme, which means you go there to get the issues.
If you want somebody to be assigned by default, PUSH scheme, it can be done. And this person has to distribute incoming issues.
There’s also another possibility, if the request’s sender could cooperate. It’s to make the first CC the assignee.
So the email would be sent to the corresponding coaching list, being the coach on CC.
