dear lorenzo,

i'm the responsible for the coaching program to the sme who won in the
fiware accelerate program

the question you are forwarding is a typical question they had to put at
their accelerator project using the coaching related list. i honestly
surprised they did not that as this should be clear to all accelerators.

can yoo tell me which accelerator they refer to?

btw, the answer to your question is pretty easy.
they create an account in fi-lab and then create a vm were to instantiate
(through the related blueprint) orion. than they can access it from their
app.

but please, please, please ask them to contact their coach!!!
