[Fiware-coaches] today meeting minutes

dear juanjo and all,

i had a very kind and interesting conversation with olaf (in cc) who is
happy to extend his event in hambourg to be a16 open event where to train
developers from the smes selected by the accelerator on the usage of fiware.
thank you very much olaf for your kind availability!

nicely he had our same idea, i.e. to have lecture sessions in the morning
and practical labs in the afternoon. he can host several of these sessions
in parallel.

of course, we have to discuss with olaf on the number of trainers are
expected for the event and on how to better support the event.

now the best thing to do is to make a formal communication through basecamp
and start the registration process as it becomes very important not to
overbook the three events, but share resources and attendees in a nice and
efficient way among them.
in this announcement we have to say that the event is restricted only to
the smes which have passed the selection process as at this stage we need
quite efficient and effective classrooms. on the other hand we have to say
that attendance to such events is mandatory for the selcted smes. i think
on the participation to the events we need the help of all a16.

have you finalised your discussion with ec/iminds in order to have one of
these events in brussels co-located with the net future conference?

if no, given the time shortage, it is better to announce anyway the two
events we have at this moment (Hambourg and Spain), and eventually adding
the third one when it will be finalised.

as responsible of the coaching team i can make this announcement myself if
you want.
