[Fiware-coaches] Survey FIWARE usage

Hi Franck,

The total score is computated adding up all the column scores, wich are 
in turn just the individual score times the assigned weight. So for each 
SE use cases it would be SCORE*2, where SCORE=[0-4].

I hope it makes sense.
