[Fiware-coaches] Apologize for tomorrow call + INCENSE status

Hi Stefano,
I apologize for the inconvenience, but I am not going to be able to to join
the phone call tomorrow morning, due to a personal problem.

By the way I have some news on INCENSE side, since finally they sent me
something:

- INCENSE asked me only to check whether some of the selected proposals
can't be funded with respect to FIWARE criteria;

- 26 proposals have been evaluated by me and a colleague of mine to assess
FIWARE GEs usage, and only one is too weak. Some further comments have been
added to highlight possible risks with respect to a few other proposals;

- the evaluation has followed the excel file proposed by Frank (thanks for
this!);

- a pitching day will be fixed for mid-april in Rome at ENEL premises and I
will be invited.
