[Fiware-coaches] R: reminder: coaches call at 10:00 tomorrow morning

Dear all,

I would raise this morning some issues regarding the way we are communicating on some topics with Accelerators and beyond with SMEs (our customers at the end). Main criticisms we had last week during NetFutures are related to FIWARE lab so first question to all:

·       Do you have this kind of issues with your Accelerator/Smes? (difficulties to deploy, difficulties to have public IPs and answers not very clear on FIWARE Lab status like “please try again later”)
And other points:

·       How do you feel with public tickets from your mailing lists and how long does it take to have an answer? I have tickets about webinars for European Pioneers and few reactions after more than 10 days…

·       If there is no reaction what could be an escalation process? Is Stephano the 1st step because coordinator of coaches or do we need more?

·       What about the new Terms and Conditions (on-line page to fulfill for SMEs)?

·       Unclear status of what are GE images available for some FIWARE Lab nodes: have you also this issue with your Acceelrators?

Dear all,

I am currently traveling and will not be able to connect neither.

A quick update on my side:

* We discussed last week the SMEs survey with people from FISTAR + Marco. I will include the modification we proposed within the survey which was circulated by Stefano

On the accelerators side:
* The 2 selection phase of FICHE is ending now (going from 80 to 40 SMEs). I reviewed the 80 proposals for the FIWARE part. Most did some progresses. Few have some issues and may be prevented to go for next phase
* I attended last week a meeting with 10 of the FI-C3 SMEs to establish contact. They will have their first review in 2 weeks.
