Dear Federico, all
during the today meeting we discussed about missing notifications (via email) when some comments are added to the tickets. Probably for this reason some tickets are aging from a while.
In particular Zurich node asked to follow up these two (but there are more):

What I kindly suggest, just as a workaround and waiting for a resolution of the problem, is that each coach tries to keep in contact with the SME/Accelerator in order to verify if at least the most important notifications have been received or not.
