Hi,

A lot of SMEs are contacting us for the problems they are having this morning. It seems the issue is mostly due to a known problem after an upgrade on the authentication mechanism. But since the SMEs are not aware of this issue, they assume it’s related to the community upgrade process, and this creates a lot of confusion and frustration.

Would it be possible to send a notice regarding this type of known issues, at least for this particular one?

Also, may I kindly suggest having a call again next Tuesday to sync on the various challenges coaches are facing at the moment due to the ticket notification system breakdown, non-transparency of the system, node response times, etc.? Since we are the main contact point for the SMEs, we need to agree on a common way on how to address the inquiries regarding these.

Best regards,

ilknur

Hello Ilknur,

you were our contact for our account's community upgrade (for our project eViti).
We have received the email saying that our account is successfully upgraded, but now few days later on all the instances were removed when I log in into FIWare LAB with my e-mail matej.serc at elmitel.com<mailto:matej.serc at elmitel.com>.
We urgently need to use them for our daily work and I have a question:
how can those instances just disappear? The instance's public IP is also not available, everything seems to be broken but we did not change anything ...

As mentioned, we really need those instances we got in our account up and running as soon as possible.

Thank you very much,
