[Fiware-coaches] follow-up from fiware-lab recovery team

dear all,


as per the discussion of today at fiware lab recovery team we did agree the
following actions which depend on the status of the sme.


scenario 1:
Assign the Spain-2, Trento or Lannion node to users who a) did not have an
environment already setup in FIWARE nodes other than Spain-2/Trento/Lannion
and b) had requested new or upgrade to become Community Users (and you was
aiming at approving their request).

scanario 2:
Send the following message to those users who a) seemed to have a
environment already setup in FIWARE nodes other than
Spain-2/Trento/Lannion, this requires you individually to check the
situation of the specific sme, and b) had requested their upgrade to become
Community Users (and their request was approuved or going to be approuved
by you):

"Dear user,

You recently requested to upgrade your account to be a Community User
account. We are happy to announce that your upgrade has been approved.
However we are experiencing at the moment problems allocating your account
in the FIWARE Lab node that was initially assigned to you. In order to
avoid further delays and minimize impact, we would highly recommend that
your account gets assigned to the Spain-2/Trento/Lannion <<to be
personalised by the coach according his/her best understanding>> FIWARE Lab
node. One benefit is that you won't have to migrate your environment in a
community user account duration period (9 months). Also you would be able
to start working immediately once we configure your quota. Note, however,
this would imply recreating all the environment you may have setup so far
in any node in which you had started to work.

If you agree with the proposed FIWARE Lab node, please respond us as soon
as possible so that we can configure your quota as quick as possible.
Otherwise, you may need to wait still some days until the FIWARE Lab node
that was pre-assigned to you becomes again operative."
