[Fiware-coaches] Community Account upgrade and deletion of Trial Accounts older that 14 days

Dear infrastructure owners and FIWARE coaches,
at the moment there are around 100 FLUA_ tickets still in progress.
Soon (on June 1st) a script prepared by TID will be distributed in order to
drop Trial account resources older than 14 days. Having so many pending
requests to become community users is then risky.
What I suggest is:

@ Infrastructure Owner:
1) make sure to process the tickets asap
2) ensure that the process is really completed: each account should be
upgraded to community (assign the proper role to the account) - just
assigning the resources is not enough.

@Coaches:
1) make sure to process the tickets asap
2) Support the Infrastructure Owners in completing the process: for example
if the IO asked for the tenant id and the user is not answering, please try
to send a reminder to the user.
