Understand, but correct me if I am wrong: you could start assigning the
role of community user. This should take just a couple of minutes for each
request [1].
Then the assignation of resources (if needed) can be done with a second
step. Of course we should definitely try to sort out these requests
respecting as much as possible the SLA but in any case proceeding in this
way we at least guarantee that a users is not dropped (his/her resources)
after 14 days.
So please for new requests but also for old ones, verify that all the FLUA
tickets assigned to you have been upgraded to Community before June 1st.
