[Fiware-coaches] Is CEP Perseo a FIWARE GE?

Hi All,
I have been asked to review an INCENSe SME architecture document and they
are describing the usage of CEP, but they are referring to Perseo (
https://github.com/telefonicaid/perseo-fe ).

I'm quite sure it is not a GE since it is not part of the catalogue. Am I
wrong?
