[Fiware-coaches] Coaches Help Desk Migration - update

Dear Coaches,

I've just launched the help desk migration for closed issues.
You should have received emails for that reason but you shouldn't get a concern for that.
Now all your issues in your help desk that belonged to the tech channel are properly cloned.

I have them stored to incorporate them gradually so that the actual reaction time is maintained.

The last step is to modify the names for the closed ones according to the pattern:
FIWARE.Request.Coach.<Accelerator>.<Item>

The script will add FIWARE.Request.Coach.<Accelerator>.
You have to beautify and make meaningful <item>
Please, don't use white spaces within item - normally we use a dot (.)
