[Fiware-coaches] FIWARE - How to "officially" close the coaching activity

Dear Stefano,

As you may know, in CEED Tech, we just reached the end of the Acceleration Programme and so my role as FIWARE Coach will conclude this week (I'm going to provide my support until the end of this week at most).

What I would like to ask you right now is if there is any "official" procedure to follow in this case, so when a coach ends his/her role in FIWARE Acceleration Programme.
What I'm doing right now is just about:

-          informing the various Startups/SMEs under CEED Tech that I will not be able to provide support through the ceedtech-coaching mailing list

-          highlight what are the other channels to get support (StackOverflow, FIWARE Q&A, etc.)

-          inform about the fact that the FIWARE Lab will continue to exist and new commercial instances will be notified in the future.

Am I missing something?
