The coaching activities are very sporadic normally, and does not usually follow the Sprints calendar since they are not actually related to any development activities. So far we have been tracking only the coaching support requests from the SMEs through the ticketing system, but all the other communications/activities (especially with the accelerators) usually happen through our personal emails, so it may be a lot of effort to put everything again into sprint specific work items.
