We are a company which have developed a series of healthy savoury snack bars with no sugar and were advised by our mentor to apply to the accelerator, seeing Danone is one as the partners and that agrifood was accepted - but filling in the form it gave us the impression that the competition is only for tech-companies with a tech solution/application. Is that correct? Is it not for food businesses which have a physical food product to be sold in retail directly to consumers for consumption? We don't know how we could use FIWARE in our business as we don't do anything tech and don't really understand what it is? We are currently in another food specific accelerator program and will wait until September to make an application to the Impact Growth accelerator - if you think there is some way we can integrate FIWARE into our business - which we would be happy to do once we understand what it is.
