Thanks for your proposal. From FIWARE we are open to collaborate and promote the use of FIWARE platform http://www.fiware.org/  as much as possible. So, we need to evaluate if we can commit resources to go to your event,  but if you are willing to use FIWARE GEs if you are willing to use FIWARE GEs http://catalogue.fiware.org/ you can check these here.

We need to see if we can find someone to attend Junction. Or what do you have in mind? I need to openly say that we receive a lot of proposals to participate, so, please before organizing a teleconference could I ask for more details, what type of participation are you looking for? Or how do you envisage to have FIWARE in your event.

Hi,

In order to bring the best Programmers and Designers together, Aalto Entrepreneurship Society is organizing Junction (hackjunction.com<http://hackjunction.com>) for the first time ever, a hackathon part of Slush Hacks during the Slush conference in Helsinki in November 2015.

The participants will build new applications using emerging technologies in the following categories:
•        Retail & Online Marketplaces
•        Health tech
•        Entertainment & Media
•        Online Payments
•        Transportation
•        IoT
The applicants will fill out an application where they showcase their portfolio/projects and the participants will be selected based on them. We are aiming for 500 participants from all over Europe. The partner companies will have access to this data and we will filter the participant data based on the company needs in order to help for example in recruitment.

We are looking for partners who could join us to make Junction the greatest hackathon ever and we feel like this could be an interesting opportunity for Fiware as well.
