[Fiware-collaboration-req] Contribution for GE specification

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are being interested in FIWARE activity and have got a question about the contribution to GE specification.
Is it possible for some company to add/modify the specification of Generic Enabler? If it is possible, what will be the process for that?
