[Fiware-collaboration-req] Your call for startups

Dear Ms. Bursuk,

Thanks for your interest. May I inform you that INCENSE has ceased the 
activities you refer to. INCENSE has their own contact channels that are 
unrelated to this one.

I do not envision further calls in our ecosystem. If the EC decided to 
create more in the future they would publish the calls in their usual 
channels - note that this mailbox is not managed by the EC and we cannot 
speak on their behalf.  If this happens, it will definitely not take 
place in the projects that are alive at the moment.
