Dear Malena,
Thank you very much for your honest reply. I have very much appreciated it.
We are happy to leverage FIWARE open platform in AGEILE project and we also have previous experience with FIWARE in the consortium.
SIVECO SME has been already working with the platform in previous project. Consequently, we are already active in the community as far as I know.

Unfortunately I have to speed up with the writing of the proposal since the deadline is approaching fast. My position is that I will include FIWARE in the proposal, promising to the European Commission, a roadmap to strengthen the connection with your community. Under this perspective, we will participate to your events, disseminate the results deriving from the implementation within FIWARE and advertise your open platform at the events organized by AGEILE.

Please let me know if this is reasonable for your group.

Dear Francesco,

Thanks for your email, to be honest, I need to find out what will be our approach, up to this point usually FIWARE remained impartial and simply included in other proposals.

I’ll ask my colleagues from the FIWARE foundation and get back to you on this matter. However, we do encourage the FIWARE usage of course in your proposal, there’s no need for an agreement (as far as I know) so you can propose FIWARE as the European IoT platform and use all the public information we have available on our website and channels.

Of course if you succeed and need training in specific domain you can join us in our developers week  (free of charge) or any other event where FIWARE is represented, you can get more information here: http://www.fiware.org/events/

Also, very important, we have the  https://www.fiware.org/summit/ during December in Malaga, Spain, and you are more than welcome to attend and meet us there, of course and spread the world about this event.

Deal FIWARE contact point,
I am the coordinator of a proposal AGEILE for H2020 SC1-PM15.
I would like to exploit the possibility to use FIWARE in AGEILE and set the basis of a collaboration.
Could you please give us few information on how we can include FIWARE in the proposal? On what kind of agreement the collaboration can take off? Membership, subcontracting, endorsement, etc?
