No idea why that was assigned to me. Our GEs stopped being funded in September 2014 and as a consequence are only "incubated". We have no users (that we know of), and have received exactly one request for support in the last two years and three months.  Note also that the requirements in the email say nothing about security requirements that our GEs could potentially fix, only about incidental things like database support and translation to Russian.

All in all, I'm not sure that I'm the right person to address this email. Perhaps Pascal Bisson, as Security WP lead, knows more?
