[Fiware-collaboration-req] Collaboration with the City of Uppsala Sweden

Dear Nicolai,

   Thank you for inviting us to the preparation of this proposal.   ?

   I understand that one of the reasons why you would be interested to 
see us in the project is because you plan to use "Powered by FIWARE" 
platform for the project.   Please confirm. Anyways, could you elaborate 
what is the role you expect that the FIWARE Foundation would play in the 
project

   On the other hand, do you have already some commercial "Powered by 
FIWARE" platform provider you are partnering with or you have in mind?   
Or do you need that we propose some alternatives in that respect?
