[Fiware-collaboration-req] Colaboration with FIWARE

Hello.

I`m from Brazil and stundent Masters of Applied computing at University of
Passo Fundo.

I`m Studying your platform in this moment to make my project with it.

Im trying to make  a project to include at the platform, an adaptor for
energy monitoring in Houses. Our second objective is colaborate with the
platform, commiting this adaptor  in the repositories to others make
projects with this.

if this project complete with success, is it possible to officialy include
this into the FIWARE repositories or no?
