we are 7 days ahead of the 2nd International Urban Mobility Dialogue held under the personal patronage of Berlin Mayor Mr. Michael Müller.
Herewith we would like to provide you with the latest participant information.

How to reach the UMD Location

The UMD19 will be held at
The Drivery (Mobility Innovators Club)

Located at the picturesque mediterranean Tempelhof Harbour with its lazy coffee shops, luxury yachts and the iconic Ullsteinhaus, The Drivery offers an amazing space for open-minded innovation flows in the field of new mobility solutions and is easy and fast to reach from the Berlin City Center (Mitte) by underground (U6) or via the Autobahn (A100).
To navigate to the UMD we recommend using NUNAV, provided by Graphmasters, one of our partners at the UMD19. Simply download the app, install, start it and search for ‘Urban Mobility Dialogue’
The nearest U-Bahn station to the UMD location is "U-Bahn Ullsteinstrasse", right in front of the entrance of the venue.
You'll find the registration desk in the first floor of the Ullsteinhaus. The way to go there will be signposted. The registration opens at 08:00 on Wednesday morning.
Tuesday Evening Event

The conference evening dinner is scheduled for Thursday evening on the sightseeing tourboat, that will start directly at the Battery Changing Station at Berliner Westhafen.

We have organized a shuttle for you from "The Drivery" to the Battery Changing Station.
Please do not forget to bring some warm jackets as we will be outside for a while.
The tourboat will start just in front of the WECC - Westhafen Event & Convention Center and brings us back to the "The Drivery".
Bus Shuttle Departure: (15:40) from "The Drivery"
Bus Shuttle Arrival: (16:30) at "Westhafen" where we visit the Battery Changing Station
Tourboat Departure: (18:00 - without any delay !) "Westhafen" (Reederei Riedel),
Tourboat Arrival: (app. 21:30) "Tempelhofer Hafen", next to "The Drivery".

Those who havn't received any payment confirmation, need to bring a copy of the bank transfer receipt to prove the payment, or are asked to pay cash on arrival. Credit Card payment is possible only through the ConfTool.

Highlights:
The UMD is full of highlights, but here are some, that we want to point out again:
Parade of Cities compiled by presentation of experts and high level city representatives
The Evening Guest Lecture of Dr. Arndt Pechstein about the "Biology of Mobility" held on the first evening (November 14th)
The visit of the Battery Changing Station, including showing the fully running system and explanation about the advantages
The Dialogue Sessions about various mobility topics with deep insight discussions
The Vehicle Show on November 15th, and
(not only for the Berlin Community) the "2nd Berlin Mobility Talk" on November 15th.
Your Presence at the UMD:
We count on your presence on all four UMD days and we organize everything accordingly.
In case that your schedule does not allow you to be together with us from November 13th till November 16th we need you assistance for our organization, by telling us at which days you will be present and if you will participate in the Prosecco Reception at the first evening (November 13th), and the excursion and subsequent tourboat trip with evening dinner on the second day (November 14th).
But finally we will ask you about this at you registration when you show up.

We urgently need your registration for organizational purposes. In case that you have not registered yourself yet, please do so by using the link www.smartcity-dialogues.com/registration within the next days. Online registration ends on November 12th.
