VC, might be interested in our project. Our Investor Deck can be viewed here

Bank-as-an-Ecosystem concept connecting active shoppers and retailers for
mutual benefit.

OMG has raised initial pre-seed funding of over £1.4+ million. Using this
investment, we have built our core banking and payments functionality,
obtained the FCA licence and entered into a strategic partnership with
Mastercard. We are building a Bank-as-a-Ecosystem solution that comprises a
current account for day-to-day spending and a digital marketplace of
products and services built around customer needs. Today, OMG is an account
with:

   -

   a top grade cashback rewards programme with more than 20000 partner
   locations in the UK
   -

   credit options to boost your buying power
   -

   multi-currency accounts (which are coming soon).

We have 5000 customers today and are actively growing the customer base
targeting 20k customers by the end of 2021 and 2m customers in 2024.

OMG is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority as an E-money
Institution. The project has also secured a strategic partnership with
Mastercard, which includes EUR 5.7 million of funding support.

Co-founders are now targeting a crowdfunding round in Q4 2021 at a £20M+
pre-money valuation providing certain targets are met. We plan to include
an element of crowdfunding at every funding round, as it is a great way to
expand OMG’s customer base with evangelising shareholders-customers and
benefit from the media coverage that it generates. We are also in
discussions with a number of VCs about a potential Series A round in Q2
2022 at a pre-money valuation of £50M+.

We would be happy to share more details about our proposition, the current
milestones, projections, marketing strategy and the team if this is of
potential interest. We have built a waiting list of customers and
merchants, in anticipation of the product’s public release.
