   Apologies for not responding your mail earlier but I'm afraid it got 
lost in my mailbox since when I got assigned the task to respond it I 
was on holidays and we just recently discovered following up pending 
actions.

   Are you still developing the mentioned proposal and considering 
FIWARE technology for the development phase?

   If so, we welcome to explore opportunities of collaboration.
