Hello,

My name is Alicia Demanuele and I work at the Enterprise Machine
Intelligence Learning Initiative <https://emilicanada.com/> (EMILI), a
non-profit organization in Canada focused on digital agriculture. I am part
of EMILI’s Data Initiative <https://data.emilicanada.com/>, which examines
data governance issues in Canadian agriculture through a unique combination
of technology demonstration, applied research, and data literacy
training programs.

We have an applied research project getting started shortly that is focused
on understanding the state of play on standards and interoperability in
digital technologies found in the Canadian marketplace.

I was looking into FIWARE and noticed you have a page dedicated to smart
agrifood <https://www.fiware.org/community/smart-agrifood/>. I would be
interested in hearing more about how FIRWARE technology can be used to
tackle interoperability challenges on farms for the purposes of this
project.

Could we arrange 30 minutes to speak by phone or video sometime in the next
week or so?

Thank you,

Alicia
