My name is Helen, and I am the Founder & CEO of Realt24.



and I would like to propose you a project:



Realt24 is an innovative real estate marketplace for the countries of
Central and South Asia (population 300+ million people), which will create
the best end-to-end experience for effectively solving the most important
issues: selling, buying and renting real estate.



Uzbekistan is the initial market for our project. This market is still
little known, but this is the advantage of this market. Since there are no
competitive specialized projects in PropTech.



At the same time, with population of 34 million Uzbekistan has the largest
potential consumer market in Central Asia.

The prospects for Uzbekistan market are clearly evidenced by the successful
development here of the OLX Group – online marketplace classifieds.
