The following are the proposed action items of the communication plans for the FIWARE Announce. As Belen Kayser already said. We can set up a call next wednesday to review all this. 1.- From your side (companies) to send later tomorrow afternoon the final text of the announcement/release (from the initial draft shared by Juanjo). 2.- From your side (companies), availability of spokespeople for interviews. We’d like to set up interviews next Monday 2nd. We should need availability of representatives of your respective companies for A.- Presentation to the press if required (Tuesday 3rd), B.- Press office interview for 4yfn report (Monday 2nd) – Could you please confirm/update/complete following names? Marieta Rivero (Telefónica), Patrice Slupwoski (Orange), Orazio Viele (Engineering), Huber Tardieu (AtoS). 3. Companies involved should publish a blog post, news or press releases on respective websites (Wednesday 3rd, Thursday 4th March - TBD1). Ogilvy will send the initial template (later next Thursday 26th afternoon). 4.- Coordinated action in RRSS. Ogilvy will send guidelines later this week (Friday 27th). 5.- Ogilvy will work in the Press Kit with a Press Release (echo of your own press releases) that will also focus on the necessity of of a Public-Private collaboration to anticipate the Open & Agile initiative for Smart Cities.
