Hackaton
I am also reaching deadline for providing the information on your hackaton, as without this we cannot finalise our schedule for prize givings.
This information should be provided by Futura Networks (in copy).
Speakers
I know that you are working on the speakers, but please, as you are getting the ok, please could you start to request the biographies and pictures so that we can have them prepared and ready to go live when we have the green light?
Would you by any chance at least have the topics for the 3 stage sessions that we could include in the agenda?
We already have the topics. Futura has the info and can forward it to you. We would prefer to keep the content of the developers' stage session on Wednesday 4th on hold because that is not that mature.
Stand
For the stand – please could we have a call? I would like to clarify a few things so that the production team can implement their plans.
We already had a discussion about this yesterday with Ogilvy and Futura Networks. Futura (Raúl) can report on this. We may schedule a confcall tomorrow morning. If Before 12:30 CET (I have a meeting at that time) I could join, but I'm not required here, I believe.
Meeting room
Please could you confirm that you are happy to pay for the security and catering for the meeting room provided for the whole week, or if you would like to specify the days and times you will use it?
Could you elaborate on the price ? I believe the answer will be yes, but please let me check. I can give you a definitive answer Monday afternoon.

El que no se mantenía era uno de los slots que habíais reservado para Isidro Laso y que habíamos planteado utilizar para los UC projects dentro de la FI-PPP. Ese era el slot para Thursday 5, 10:00 - 12:00
Os habíamos propuesto tener un workshop para seguimiento de la hackaton, resolver dudas, etc., también considerado interesante por la gente de Futura Networks.

Tengo que cerrar el agenda de los workshop slots ahora. Por los 3 que tiene FI-Ware, cual es el que ya no se puede hacer? Lo sentimos mucho pero no podemos repetir contenido, asi que si no hay Nuevo contenido para el slot del Jueves, lo llenaremos nosotros.
