Hi Annie and Rebecca,

Please find attached Fi-ware logo (eps format) and the rest of the elements
for FI-WARE branding (zip file). I'm attaching also a guide* "**Identidad
Fi-Ware.pdf"* in the zip file for a quick view of all the elements
 (patterns, typography, colurs, visual universe..) and a quick guide on How
to create new ribbons (if necessary). The file is 14,785 K so I've shared
with you (Annie and Rebecca) a Dropbox folder (you'll receive an email from
Dropbox: Nines Tejado inviting you to join).

I think you'll find everything you need and do not hesitate to contact me
directly cc sara.martin at ogilvy.com for any assistance for adaptations to
any specific format/dimensions/sizes...

Also I'll try to answer your questions (in red):

-          Please clarify what you mean by rollups in your furniture
requests? I think that what I call roll up is what you call "column
pods"... I mean this kind of displays **

-          What do you mean by stand table and 4 tall chairs? Is it poser
height working table with stools? I suppose yes... it's something similar
to a classic Graphic counter like this image...

kind of desk... with two chairs but high heigh chairs...
-       Can you confirm what the circles with dots are on your plan - are
they power points? Yes but we must clarify two things:
- We would need electrical power and (if possible) internet connection in
the three areas (chill out, working and Staff)... and electrical power near
the Flat Screens proposed...
- But... all this depends on the final budget cause we assume that some of
these elements (extra furniture) must be rented and are not included in the
initial standard offer for the stand... We hope you'll send first any extra
cost so that our client can decide.
- Are the 2 armchairs for the sofa area? This is a mistaque, we don't need
any armchais. We need 10 chairs for Working area and the two for the desk
at the staff area.
- Do you have a particular style for furniture or happy with contemporary
style? We will send you some options for you to choose - that OK? yes,
sounds great!
-  Re the walls - we think it would work better if you removed the walls
and kept the stand more open. We propose having column pods for branding,
screens etc so they fit in with the overall design but encourage people
flow and keep the stand open. After talking with Juanjo, we think that will
be nice to have a "corner"... for the Working area... so you can hang the
White blackboard and the Flat Screen. This two walls doesn't have to be
6,50 m and 8 m... What about the half? A corner of 3.25 m and 4 m?
-  We also feel you will need a raised floor for all cabling, power,
internet etc Here we're not experts. I think that if we have cabling,
etc... we will need a raised floor.
-  Branding update - do you know what you want to feature on your stand
from a branding point of view. Yes, we now... Rebecca is speaking to Angles
re branding and we are waiting for an update on designs. Also we have asked
for a logo which we will need ASAP so they can be incorporated in some of
the event branding around the venue. I'm sending you everything and please
get back to me with any sizes of the column pods.

IMPORTANT... We are collecting all the consorcium LOGOs... around 38-40... *And
we'll need any space to show them all... (display, walls..., roll up...) *We
need to know which area will be suitable for this that is the reason why we
think we need any wall.
