  Cambio el subject para centrarlo más en la cuestión.

  He introducido un ligero cambio en la propuesta de la columna de logos, para incluir el logo de la FI-PPP que no debe aparecer bajo "FI-WARE co-funded by" sino bajo "FI-WARE is part of".   Echad un vistazo al boceto que he actualizado en dropbox como referencia (última slide)

  No os olvidéis que el lazo debe aparecer también a la izquierda de la columna de logo para que de impresión de que está envolviendo también a esta columna (lo he marcado en la slide para remarcarlo y que no se pase por alto)

  De hecho, creo que queda bastante majo ... (esto independiente de que tengamos la columna de logos también en alguna enara y preparada para poner como vinilo en otra de las caras de una de las paredes).

  En relación con las columna de logos, aprovecho para comentar:

  *   Donde pone "FI-WARE funded by" debe de poner "FI-WARE co-funded by"
  *   El logo de la European Comission que aparece bajo "FI-WARE co-funded by" debe ser un logo en inglés ... habíais puesto un logo que leía "Comisión Europea"
  *   Creo que los "FI-WARE partners", "FI-LAB infrastructure provided by" y "FI-WARE co-funded by" deben estar en el color "turquesa-FI-WARE" del resto de la pared (por cierto, ese mismo color elegiría para las enaras)
  *   Poner, por favor, el logo de Telefónica un "pelín" más grande ... lo mismo el de Orange, Engineering, Thales y el de SAP.   El asunto es que quedan un pelín en desventaja frente al de IBM y ATOS (a lo mejor, la solución es también hacer estos un pelín más pequeños)
  *   Dejaría un pelín de espacio entre los logos de los partners (extremo inferior) y el texto "FI-LAB infrastructure provided by"
  *   No entendía vuestro comentario acerca de que os faltaba el logo de la "Universidad de Sevilla".   No hay ningún logo de la Universidad de Sevilla que poner.   Hay que poner el logo de la ciudad de Sevilla, y eso es lo del NO8DO (sí, por increible que parezca, ese es el logo de la ciudad :-)   ¿ Es que no os vale ese ?   Si fuera el caso, insistidles

Speakers: we need confirmation of names in order to draw up contracts, and gather the biographies and photos for the website. The deadline for this is this coming FRIDAY.

  I will have the speakers confirmed by tomorrow COB.   However, I don't understand why you cannot publish the description of the session yet with just the content in the attached file (check description of session in the stage on page 3) ... We can the update the content with the names of the speakers and that's all.



2.       HACKATHON
We are missing a lot of information about the hackathon. I am available tomorrow if you would like to have a call to clarify the remaining missing information.

  The description of the hackaton was in the included file where we centralized all the contents requested for the website (check description of the hackaton in the last page) ... what is the missing info ?

Hi Juan

As the event is fast approaching, we need to confirm details of any suites we are using at the venue.  Fi-ware have been offered a suite, please could you confirm the following:

  *   Do they still want a box
  *   Which days
  *   Do they require internet
  *   Do they require catering
  *   Do they require technical equipment
The set up will either be high stools and poseur tables or sofas. Please note that anything extra such as internet, furniture, catering, technical etc will incur a charge.

The suite will be available from Tuesday to Thursday 09.00 - 22.30 and Friday 09.00 - 21.00

I would appreciate it if you could let me know by COP tomorrow.
