As part of the Ogilvy team in charge of the Communication activities I need to clarify some creativity and production items related to the FI-WARE campaign identity we are working on. Fortunately, we are on the right track and I think that by tomorrow or next monday we'll have the final client's approval. That means that we'll be ready for any application of this identity, logo, tagline... to any template or piece for the different comunications channels. As per our conversation with Juan Negrillo, all the event deco assets must be ready for production/printing three weeks before the event. So that... we have two next weeks for all the adaptations that may be needed. We'll appreciate any details on the *Stand/Booth* area (is it a standard? or printing areas depends on the activity or any details on what is required for this area?) Also I see that there's any room reserved for FI-WARE in any of the *boxes*.... Please we will need any print layout guidelines or diagrams or document for print designs for any roll up, totem cover, anything that you may need to deco this spaces. Hope you can help me with this. Our comms list is on copy for all the people involved from Telefónica I+D and Futura. I now that maybe Mark or someone from his team can help me with all this but any recomendation from your side will be great. Thank you.
