[Fiware-comms] ECFI_next week_info para vestir el booth y preparar el evento

Hola Nuria.

Lo vemos cuando hablemos (ya me diréis si es por skype, hangouts,
teléfono... o si hablamos tú y yo).

Disculpa pero no lo tengo claro. Estoy más perdida de lo habitual :-)
cuando no tengo el contacto directo con la gente que organiza el evento
(como ha ocurrido en todos los casos menos en la FIA y este en concreto).

Algunas de mis dudas:

Cuando hablan de *All booths will have just the title and sub-title plus
the FI-PPP logo on the wall, which should be kept visible*. Esto ¿lo montan
ellos?, ¿disponen los booth de friso para poner el/los logos del sponsor?
En otros eventos la organización solicitaba estos logos previamente para
imprimirlos en los frisos... No veo claro si esto va en una de las paredes
interiores y lo ponemos nosotros, cómo tiene que ir el logo FI-PPP?...
etc...

Si título y subtítulo son para un friso tendríamos que enviar el logo de
FI-WARE y el claim como título y subtítulo respectivamente...  No sé si
tengo que enviaros el logo en vectorial o si tengo que adaptar a alguna
medida... Esto es lo primero que necesito saber y si debo incluir el logo
FI-PPP yo bajo algún patrón o no).

En cuanto a las paredes... necesito medidas concretas para hacer unos
pósters.  Veo que los booths están marcados con 300 x 300 (3x3 metros?).
Entiendo que hay 3 paredes y que las pantallas van en una de ellas así que
habría que vestir dos paredes... Si las pantallas son con peana podemos
vestir las tres. Tenemos que saber el alto y si el booth va panelado... si
es así, medidas de los paneles.

Necesito tener clara la parte más "corporativa" y qué logos irían. Si
FI-WARE / FI-OPS / FI-LAB... con o sin claims, si FI-WARE solo...

Además, definir dónde y cómo pueden ir los roll ups... Si el único espacio
disponible es el booth de 6m cuadrados taparán las paredes y en ese caso
quizás solo haya que hacer pósters con los logos...
