[Fiware-creatifi-coaching] [CreatiFI Benelux Hub] cannot view catalog of software available to Sagitta GE

Dear Stefano,
Andrea cannot assign a ticket (he does not have a jira account). I was the
one appointed to do that as a coach and in fact I already did that for both
this and the previous ticket on the WMarket GE. I already assigned them to
the relevant owners.
Do you see any problem in this?
