[Fiware-creatifi-coaching] [CreatiFI Italy Hub] VM not accessible (node of Trento)

Dear FIWARE coach,
we forward you a support request received from a CreatiFI applicant we are
not able to solve.
Starting from tomorrow, the CreatiFI companies will show their final
prototype in order to get the last money trance in the CreatiFI accelerator
project , so ask FIWARE owner to fix the issue ASAP, please.
Please let us know if you need direct contact with the submitter.

Hi,

since yesterday is not available our VM instantiated on FIWARE cloud (node
of Trento) and SSH responds “connect to host 193.205.211.XXX port 22:
operation timed out".

All FIWARE GE services necessary for our final presentation are therefore
not accessible.

We are working to our final presentation (Thursday @ Barcelona), can we
know when the vm will be accessible again?
