Dear,I need to know if there is an API to register user.

I tried some of these REST API here
https://github.com/ging/fi-ware-idm/blob/master/API.md, like "GET
/applications.json" and it works, but I can't find any API to register user.
Which is the correct way to register user?

As described here https://github.com/ging/fi-ware-idm/wiki/SCIM-2.0-API,
the access is only allowed for administrators.
I found this way to became admin

If yes, which username and password must I use?

Your links don't help me to focus on the problem : register new users on
KeyRock. Which is the URL of KeyRock's API? Where is a JSON request and
response examples?
I don't understand what does WSO2 have to do with KeyRock.
The second link is for getting a single user, not to register a new one.
I really don't understand which is the way to register new users, there
seems to be no way of creating new users.

It would be really useful to have more "real-world" documentation,
developers need raw programmers guides, where to find snippets and
examples, possibly short and to the point, videos are often just
descriptions of procedures or generic talks.
Also, the existing documentation looks fragmented and scattered along
several places, hosted in different sites or GitHub projects and this is
very annoying.
The programmer's guide instead gives more insight in the GE, yet I cannot
get to the real thing. For example, I would first need to know the data
model for representing a registered user. Which data are stored for a user?
E.g. name, email, etc. Are they closed or I can add custom fields? Which
attribute is used as a PK?

I hope that I was clear and you or KeyRock owner can help me, because I am
confused and basically blocked.
