Hi Silvio, I can access my VM but I don't know if the other users can too. That's why I was asking if I need to open a ticket for each user. As Leandro told that there were problems on the Spain2 node I supposed that it was a generalized problem. Moreover, two more users have opened a ticket few minutes ago. Any clarification on what is happening, what to report to the users and how we have to proceed would be appreciated. Thanks again.
