Thanks for explanation now I understand name change.
So I have tried an url like this:
https://account.lab.fiware.org/OS-OAUTH2/consumers
And it gave 404 resource not found.
Because time is running out I have chosen to install my copy of
Keystone/Keyrock following the link you provided to me.
But I then stop at the line:

"Keystone comes with a script to initialize the database with some projects
and users and the basic openstack services and endpoints. This is enough to
start using Keystone in a testing environment (based on Keystone v2.0) but
if you intend to use it as the back-end for FIWARE Identity Manager, which
uses Keystone v3, take a look at the following project for the automatic
installation, configuration and sample utilities at
https://github.com/ging/idm_deployment Therefore, since most of the
extensions are not compatible with Keystone v2.0, it is not recommended to
use this initial data but the repository mentioned"

Io do not understand if I have to continue following the manual or I need
to search the "automatic config script".
