[Fiware-creatifi-coaching] [CreatiFI Barcelona Hub] Problems with Spain node

Hi,

A developer is reporting some problems working with the Spain node.

- There are two instances with Task as "deleting" since few days ago
- When trying to create a blueprint template the catalogue is empty
- When trying to allocate an IP it fails with error 400 but the developer
has no IP allocated yet.
